The Maker’s Table, L.L.C. asks for your understanding that appointments are reservations of your Registered Dietitian’s time and range from 30-60 minutes. We ask you to please commit to respecting our clinician’s time and other patients by being on-time for scheduled appointments. The Maker’s Table, L.L.C. prevents other patients from reserving your appointment time and clinicians try their best to stay on schedule to respect your time. Therefore, if you fail to contact us within 48 hours of your appointment time, you will be charged 50% of the current session fee for the time you reserved with a Registered Dietitian. If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment within 15 minutes of its scheduled start time, your appointment will be considered a no-show and you will be charged 50% of the current session fee for the time you reserved with a Registered Dietitian. You will not be charged if notice is given in a timely manner, at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. We know that life happens, and we are sensitive to our patient’s needs, doing our best to accommodate schedules changes as able. Please stay in frequent communication and notify your Registered Dietitian of any changes in your availability to attend an appointment.
