I’m Hannah Cai Rogers, a registered dietitian in the Greater Princeton area of New Jersey and founder of The Maker’s Table. I didn’t go to law school or the police academy; my job isn’t to be a judge or a food police officer. As a dietitian, my goal is to help kids and adults navigate nutritional challenges related to their medical diagnoses and heal from disordered relationships with food, their bodies, and movement so they can live life to its fullest (John 10:10).

I’m a firm believer that a nutrition plan needs to be sustainable for the person following it, flexible enough to accommodate life’s surprises, and adaptable to life’s changes. There is no one size fits all and I’m here to walk alongside you, honoring your heritage along the way. My role is to empower you and your family with non-restrictive, weight-inclusive, evidenced-based nutritional recommendations and practical tools under a gentle counseling approach. As a Christian clinician, I welcome incorporating a faith-based approach to your care if you so choose.

Your cells and your soul deserve to be nourished and cared for with respect. There’s a seat prepared for you at the table and you’re welcomed to join anytime.
